LEVERMOUNT® WEIGHS INTO THE RS CATALOGUE

The innovative LeverMount® load cell assembly for process weighing applications is now available through the RS Components catalogue.
The assembly, manufactured by Thames Side Sensors, was developed to allow fast installation and removal of a load cell without specialist equipment, significantly reducing installation costs.   Launched last year, its combination of simplicity and ingenuity has already proven highly successful.

The LeverMount® is supplied as a complete assembly with its own load cell.   It has an exclusive design which can be safely raised and lowered under load with no need for separate support pillars or external jacks.   In its first year, sales of the LeverMount® assembly have exceeded Thames Side Sensors's expectations.   The hygienic, stainless steel mount has proved especially popular in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

LeverMount® is available with a choice of four single-ended shear beam load cells rated for 300kg, 500 kg, 1000 kg or 2000 kg.   A larger mount supplied with a 5000 kg load cell will soon be available.   The assembly can be configured for radial, tangential or offset mounting, allowing easy alignment during installation.   A substantial lift-off prevention capacity ensures safety and consistent accuracy.
