T35D Digital Column Cell

The T35D is a digital compression column stainless steel load cell with a self-centering rocker column design.  It has an internal state-of-the-art microprocessor that improves accuracy, resolution and corner correction adjustment.  Individual communication with the weight indicator, or PC, allows faster fault finding and faster load cell replacement.

It is suitable for use in truck scales / weighbridges thanks to its OIML R60 C4 approval (with option of OIML R60 C5 version), its robust design, proven rotation stop and rodent (rat) resistant Polyurethane cable.

With a fully welded and hermetically sealed construction, protected to IP68 and IP69K, and integral lighting protection as standard, it is also very simple to install.

To simplify the commissioning of a truck scale or weighbridge, the T35D digital load cell uses an RS485 full duplex digital interface to allow simpler and faster corner adjustment and calibration, compared with analogue load cells. Note that the T35D has an OPEN PROTOCOL, which is a very interesting benefit to truck scale / weighbridge manufacturers.

The associated LA35 mounting accessory provides 2 off zinc plated mounting cups (the lower one having 2 off anti-rotation faces), 3 alignment washers and associated bolts.

For use in aggressive environments where stress corrosion or acid attack is a potential problem, a special Parylene coating can be specified as an option.  In high temperature environments, an optional variant for use up to +150 °C is available.
